  • General Contractors (minimum premium >$75k)

  • Roofers (no roofing claims in the last 3 years)

  • Painters

Submission Requirements:
 

  • Completed Acord 130

  • Completed supplemental application (if applicable)

  • 3-5 years of currently valued loss runs

  • X-mod worksheet
